If your double eyelid line has faded or disappeared over time due to weak fixation, we will restore it using the most suitable method for your current condition, whether it’s incisional, buried suture, or partial incisional techniques.

If your eyelid line is too high and gives a swollen or unnatural look, we will adjust the existing incision by releasing the overly high fixation and securing a lower, more natural line.

If sagging eyelid skin or a low initial design makes your eyes look too small, we will redesign the line and surgical plans to match your current eye condition.

If visible scarring or uneven lines remain, we can remove the scar tissue and correct the double eyelid line, provided there is enough skin and tissue flexibility.

If swelling has not resolved due to insufficient tissue removal or an overly high initial design, we will release the existing line, remove excess fat tissue, and create a new line that is more balanced and natural.

If uneven fold fixation or poor initial design have caused asymmetry, we will carefully redesign and align the lines for a balanced, harmonious look.
